Ram Mandir Ayodhya timings
The Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra publishes free darshan in two-hour slots from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with no slot listed between 12:00 and 1:00 PM, and three aartis at 4:00 AM, 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The Trust says these timings appear in booking receipts from 18 April 2026. They replace the older hours still repeated on many pages.

Ram Mandir timings through the day
Best time for darshan. The Trust publishes free darshan in seven slots, 07:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 21:00, with no slot listed between 12:00 and 13:00. Aarti darshan is separate: Mangal Aarti at 04:00 and Shringar Aarti at 06:00 come before the first slot, and Shayan Aarti at 22:00 after the last. Because entry is by pass, the best time is simply the slot you can book on the Trust's portal; an early slot pairs naturally with Shringar Aarti, while the last slot, ending at 21:00, sits an hour before Shayan Aarti.

At noon on Ram Navami 2024, the idol's forehead was anointed with a ray of sunlight, the Surya Tilak.
Lunar eclipse 7 September 2025
The Trust closed the temple doors for the eclipse and reopened them at the next morning's Mangal Aarti.
How to read the Ram Mandir schedule
The Trust publishes its day as pass slots rather than as open and close times, and all of them are free. The gap at midday and the pre-dawn aartis are what to plan around.

The Trust lists no darshan slot in this hour. It does not say why, so this page does not guess.

Both before the first darshan slot, and both entered with a free aarti pass.
