This is an independent reference site, not a temple office and not a booking desk. We cannot arrange entry, reserve darshan or take any payment, and nobody here will ever ask you for money. What we can do is correct a timing that has changed, add a temple you need, or tell you where a temple publishes its own information.

A timing on the site has changed. What should I send?
Whatever you saw, and where. A photograph of the temple's notice board is the single most useful thing anyone sends. A link to the temple's own announcement is next best. Include the page address so the correction lands on the right page rather than needing to be hunted for.
How quickly does a correction get published?
Corrections are checked against the temple's own source before anything changes, so the honest answer is as soon as that check completes. A report backed by a photograph or an official link moves fastest. A report with no supporting detail takes longer because the check has to start from nothing.
Can you tell me the timing for a temple that is not on the site?
Not reliably, and we will not guess one for you. What we can do is add the temple to the list and tell you where its own published information is, if it has any. If it publishes nothing, that is worth knowing before you travel and we will say so.
Can you book darshan, a ticket or a queue slot for me?
No. Nothing is sold or booked through this site and nothing ever will be. Where a temple runs its own booking, the temple page links to the temple's own channel. Anybody charging you through a third-party site to arrange temple entry is not connected to that temple.
I found a site selling temple entry. Is that worth reporting?
Yes, please send the link. Paid intermediaries for temple entry are common and most of them have no relationship with the temple at all. Reports help us warn people on the relevant page, which is more useful to the next visitor than any general warning.
Can you ask a temple something on my behalf?
No. We are not connected to any temple and have no standing to ask anything on your behalf. What we can do is point you at the temple's own contact details where it publishes them, which is faster than going through us in any case.
How do I request a temple be covered?
Send its name and its town through the form. Requests are the strongest signal we get about what to write next, and they move a temple up the list faster than anything else. Saying what you could not find out about it helps decide which of its pages gets written first.
You have used my photograph. How do I ask about it?
Choose the copyright option in the form and include the page address and the image. Every photograph on this site is used under a licence that permits it, with the photographer credited, but if a credit is wrong or a licence has been misread we would rather fix it than argue about it.
Will my message be published anywhere?
No. Messages are read and acted on, not published. If a question turns out to be one many people ask, the answer may appear on a page in general terms, but nothing that identifies you goes anywhere.
What happens to my email address?
It is used to reply to you and nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, not shared and not sold. The newsletter is a separate thing you have to opt into yourself.
Do you reply to every message?
To every message that needs a reply, usually within two or three days. Corrections often do not need one: the page changes and that is the answer. If you want confirmation either way, say so in the message.
Is there a phone number?
No. This is a small independent site and email is the only way to reach it. For anything that genuinely needs a phone call, the temple's own number is the one worth having, and its page links to it wherever the temple publishes one.
