Badrinath Temple timings
Badrinath is open for a season, not a year. For 2026 the portals opened on 23 April at 6:15 AM. The temple committee publishes the times of its booked pujas: the Abhishek Puja from 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM, Ved Path and Geeta Path through the day, and the evening aarti from around 6:00 PM in summer until 8:30 PM, with the Shayan Aarti at no fixed time because it depends on the queue. What neither BKTC nor the Government of Uttarakhand has published is a daily darshan timetable.

Badrinath timings through the day
No official source publishes daily timings for Badrinath that this page could verify. Open for the 2026 season from 23 April 2026, when the portals opened at 6:15 AM; the winter closing date had not been announced by BKTC when this page was checked on 29 September 2026. In 2025 the temple closed on 25 November.
Best time for darshan. Badrinath publishes no daily darshan window, so plan around what is published: the booked Abhishek from 04:30 to 06:30 and the evening aarti from about 18:00. BKTC advises arriving 15 to 30 minutes before any booked puja. Check the road from Joshimath before setting out, as the state portal warns it is landslide-prone.
