What the schedule actually means
Most of the day is not a public window. Knowing which blocks are which is what stops an early arrival turning into a long wait for something that was never open to the queue.
Hours that are not the sanctum's
Two more schedules decide how a day at Tirumala runs, and neither is the darshan window. Both are published, and both catch people out.

What this page will not tell you
Things people expect on a timings page that are not here, and the reason each one is missing. In every case the reason is the same: no source publishes it, and a number invented to fill the space would be worse than the gap.
- Queue or waiting times. Nobody outside the temple measures them reliably, and a number would be stale within hours.
- Darshan fees. TTD names Rs.300 and Rs.50 services in its dress code notice, but a current fee schedule has not been verified here.
- Festival day schedules. Those days rearrange the sequence, and this site has not verified what they look like.
- Whether a weekly closed day exists. Nothing on TTD's schedule indicates one, but its absence has not been confirmed with TTD.

Why does this page give a date instead of standing hours?
Because TTD publishes a fresh day schedule daily rather than a permanent timetable. Printing an undated pair of times would be describing one day as though it were every day, which is the mistake most pages about this temple make.
How do I check the schedule for the day I am travelling?
Open TTD's own site, where the day schedule is published with the date on it, and read the blocks labelled Darshanam. That is the same source this page uses, and on your travel date it will be ahead of any third-party page including this one.
Is the sanctum open continuously between 07:00 and 19:00?
That is the block TTD labels Darshanam, and TTD lists Kalyanostavam, Brahmostavam, Vasanthostavam and Unjal Seva between 12:00 and 17:00 within it. How those overlap in the queue is not something this site has verified.
What happens between 19:00 and 20:00?
TTD lists Suddhi, Night Kainkaryams marked Ekantam, and the Night Bell in that hour. Ekantam indicates a closed ritual rather than a public one, so the second darshan window opens after it at 20:00.
What is Ekanta Seva at 00:45?
It is the last entry on TTD's schedule for the day, after the night darshan window closes at 00:30. TTD lists it without further description, and this site does not add one.
What time does the day start?
Suprabhatam is the first entry, at 02:30 to 03:00, followed by Thomala Seva, Koluvu and Panchanga Sravanam, and the first Sahasranama Archana before 05:00. None of those are public darshan blocks.
Can I take part in the sevas listed between 12:00 and 17:00?
Those are Arjitha Sevas, which TTD schedules separately from the general queue. TTD's dress code notice refers to pilgrims taking part in Arjitha Sevas, so they are participated in rather than watched from the darshan line. Booking conditions have not been verified here.
Does the night window really run past midnight?
Yes. On this schedule the second Darshanam block is 20:00 to 00:30, ending half an hour into the following day, with Ekanta Seva listed at 00:45 after it. Both ghat roads close at midnight, which matters for anyone leaving afterwards.
When is Anna Prasadam served?
TTD publishes tiffin from 09:00 to 10:30, lunch from 10:30 to 16:00 and dinner from 17:00 to 22:30. Those hours belong to the free meal service TTD runs through its own trust, and they are not the same clock as the darshan windows.
Are the roads up the hill open all night?
No. Both ghat roads run 21 hours a day and close from midnight to 3 a.m. That is worth knowing before planning around the night darshan window, which does not close until 00:30.
What time should I arrive to join the queue?
This site cannot tell you, and will not guess. TTD publishes when the darshan blocks run, not when the queue complexes start admitting people or how long the wait is. Those are the two things that would answer the question, and neither is published.
Do these timings tell me which darshan route I should join?
No. The windows are the same schedule; the route is a separate question. TTD names Sarvadarshan, Special Entry Darshan, Divya Darshan and a Special Darshan for Physically Disabled and Aged pilgrims, and those are set out on the temple page.
